Plans change — and if the day comes that you want to move on, we keep it clean and straightforward. Here's exactly how a licence cancellation or transfer works with Kinzaad, so there are no surprises.

Licence cancellation or transfer

If you ask us for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to deal directly with the licensing authority or to move to another service provider, an administrative fee of AED 5,000 will apply.

Termination of services

Once your file has been transferred to the relevant authority, Kinzaad will have no further obligations, and all future matters will be handled directly by you as the client.

Return of documents

You must return all original company documents issued as part of the company setup. Lost or damaged documents may require a police report before replacements can be arranged.

Outstanding payments

All pending payments must be settled before a cancellation or transfer can be completed. Any penalties or additional charges arising from a late cancellation or licence expiry are the client's responsibility.

In short: settle any balance, collect your original documents, and we'll issue your NOC (AED 5,000 admin fee) so you can continue directly with the authority or a new provider. After the file is handed over, you're fully in control.
