📄 Government paperwork, handled

PRO & government liaison services

Visas, Emirates ID, medicals, labour cards, attestation, renewals — the paperwork that keeps your company legal and your people working. Kinzaad's PROs deal with the UAE authorities every day, so you don't have to queue, guess or lose time to a rejected form.

What a PRO does

We handle the government paperwork

Running a UAE company means a steady stream of government transactions — a new hire's visa, a medical, an Emirates ID renewal, an amended licence. Miss a deadline or file the wrong form and you're looking at fines, blocked visas or a lapsed licence.

A PRO (Public Relations Officer) service takes all of that off your desk. Rather than hiring an in-house PRO or standing in queues yourself, you hand it to a team that knows the authorities, the portals and the current rules. Here's what we cover:

  • Residence visas. Owner (investor/partner) visas and staff employment visas — entry permit through to stamping.
  • Emirates ID. New applications, renewals and replacements, with biometrics booked for you.
  • Medical fitness tests. Scheduled at approved centres, with fast-track where you need it.
  • Labour & establishment cards. Setting up and renewing your company's immigration and labour files.
  • Document clearing. Applications, approvals and stamps run through the ministries and departments for you.
  • Attestation. Degrees, marriage and birth certificates, and commercial documents attested through the right channels.
  • Translation & true-copy. Legal Arabic translation and certified true copies for official use.
  • Licence renewals & amendments. Renewals before they lapse, plus activity changes, shareholder updates and MOA edits.

How it works

1

Tell us what you need

A new staff visa, a batch of renewals, an attestation, a licence amendment — send us the task and the deadline.

2

We prep the file

We tell you exactly which documents to provide, check them for the details that get forms rejected, and lodge the application correctly the first time.

3

We run the counters

Approvals, stamps and clearances through GDRFA, MOHRE and the free zones. You only step in for the medical and biometrics.

4

Done & tracked

Visa stamped, ID issued, licence renewed. We log the expiry dates and remind you well before the next renewal is due.

For owners & staff

Visas for you and your team

Whether it's your own investor visa or onboarding a new hire, the flow is the same and we manage all of it:

  • Owner / investor visa — your residence visa as the company shareholder or partner.
  • Employment visas — entry permit, status change, medical, Emirates ID and stamping for each employee.
  • Family sponsorship — sponsor your spouse and children once your own visa is in place.
  • Visa cancellations & transfers — clean exits and moves without penalties or bans.

Qualify for more? If you're a shareholder, investor or high earner, you may be eligible for a 10-year Golden Visa instead of a standard renewable visa. We'll check.

Documents & compliance

Clearing, attestation & renewals

Beyond visas, we keep the whole document and compliance side running:

  • Attestation of degrees and personal certificates through MOFA and consulates
  • Legal translation into Arabic for contracts, certificates and official filings
  • True-copy certification for documents you need to submit in multiple places
  • Licence renewals handled before the expiry date, not after the fine
  • Amendments — add an activity, change shareholders, update the trade name or MOA

Bundled with setup or standalone. New clients get PRO support built into their formation package; existing companies can bring their file to us for ongoing PRO work alone. See our pricing.

Answers

PRO & government services — common questions

What is a PRO service in the UAE?
A PRO (Public Relations Officer) service handles the government paperwork a company needs on an ongoing basis — residence visas, Emirates ID, medicals, labour and establishment cards, document clearing, attestation and licence renewals. Instead of hiring an in-house PRO or queuing at government counters yourself, you outsource it to a firm like Kinzaad that deals with the authorities every day.
How much does a residence visa cost in the UAE?
A residence visa typically costs around AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 including the medical test and Emirates ID, depending on the visa type, duration and whether it's a free zone or mainland visa. We quote the government fees and our service fee separately, so you see exactly what you're paying for.
How long does it take to process a UAE employment visa?
Once the establishment card and quota are in place, a new employment visa usually takes about one to two weeks — entry permit, status change or medical, then Emirates ID biometrics and stamping. We manage each step and keep you updated so nothing stalls.
Can Kinzaad handle document attestation and translation?
Yes. We arrange attestation of degrees, marriage and birth certificates and commercial documents through the relevant ministries and consulates, plus legal (sworn) Arabic translation and true-copy certification. It's part of what we handle so you're not chasing multiple offices yourself.
Do you handle licence renewals and amendments too?
Yes. We track your trade licence and visa expiry dates and handle renewals before they lapse, along with amendments like adding an activity, changing shareholders, updating the trade name or modifying your MOA. Keeping the licence and immigration file current is a core part of our PRO service.
Do I need to visit government offices myself?
Rarely. Most steps are handled by our PROs on your behalf. You'll usually only need to attend in person for the medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics, which need your fingerprints and photo — and we book and guide you through those so they take minutes, not a lost day.
